A study partner for sermon preparation

Sermon Studio is not a substitute for your time in the Word. It is a study partner that gathers context, cross references and structure quickly, so more of your week goes to prayer, people and making the message yours.

Study notes first

Enter a passage and get its context, the flow of the text, key words and phrases, cross references with a line on why each matters, the main theological themes and a short section on where faithful Christians read the passage differently.

Outline, illustrations and a draft

The outline offers title options, a one-sentence big idea, points with their text references and applications. Illustration ideas are prompts for your own stories rather than invented anecdotes. The manuscript draft follows your outline and marks the places where a personal story belongs.

From prep to Sunday to Monday

Send the manuscript to the studio and, after you preach, attach the recording. The same sermon then becomes your week of content. A series planner lays out a multi-week series from a book of the Bible or a theme.

Questions about sermon preparation

Does it write my sermon for me?

It gives you research and a draft to react to. The instructions tell it to mark where your own stories belong and never to invent quotations, statistics or testimonies. The sermon is still yours to write and preach.

Does it respect my tradition?

Add your tradition or denomination in Settings and the study notes lean toward it, while still noting where Christians differ.
